Bob was the interviewer in the cut-scenes of Spyro the Dragon. He is one of the few characters who pronounces the name, Gnasty Gnorc, differently. Only his arm is shown.

In the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Bob is not shown at all and as thus, only his voice is heard.
