Frank Artigan is the landlord of the Dragon's Arms Inn motel on Dragon Shores in Spyro: Shadow Legacy.
Artigan was very concerned about getting customers to his Inn and asked Spyro to help start up the stove. He is playful and snarky but supportive of Spyro.
