Giant Scorpions are enemies appeared in Spyro: Year of the Dragon and found in Desert Ruins realm.
They attack by shooting flames from their tails in a wave. For some reason, they refrain from using their claws to attack. They can be defeated only by flaming.
Appearance[]
As their name states, Giant Scorpions are large, metallic, brownish orange scorpions with frown eyebrows, and squinted eyes with a mixture of yellow and orange coloring. They have oval-shaped teeth on their round muzzle. They are bigger version of Scorpions.
A smaller blue version of this scorpion appears in Shiela’s section of the level.
