Nancy is a female polar bear who only appeared in Icy Peak in Spyro: Year of the Dragon and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy remaster of the third game. She is an ice dancer whose goal is to win gold at the Olympics. However, she cannot practice, as Hockey-Playing Rhynocs tend to bully her by entering the arena whenever she dances and whacks her with their sticks.
Nancy was to perform a show one night in front of an audience, but Rhynocs tend to whack her whenever she starts dancing. Spyro, after paying Moneybags a whole chunk of Gems just to enter the arena, met her and served as her bodyguard during the performance, taking out any rhynocs who got near her.
After the show, the audience threw roses at Spyro and Nancy, liking their performance, but one of the judges didn't like it and threw a Dragon Egg at Nancy. As a thank-you gift, Nancy gave the egg to Spyro, then thought of him as her partner at the next Olympics.
In the original epilogue of the game, Nancy was able to win a Gold Medal at the Olympics at last, beating out two Rhynocs.
- It is presumed that it was Moneybags who threw the Dragon Egg at Nancy, as he hinted that he was one of the judges for Nancy's ice-skating show.
- She is likely named after Nancy Kerrigan, an American figure skater who was attacked by an assailant with a police baton hired by rival skater Tonya Harding.
