Seahorses are the aquatic residents of Aquaria Towers, a realm in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!.
Story
In the first cutscene, one of the seahorses was sad and immoblized due to the fact that there was no water left. A Water Worker teased him by offering him a glass of water four times (the first three offscreen), then taking it back when the seahorse looked happy. A creature in a bucket was right next to him, and the Water Worker poured the water into it. The seahorse's face fell onto the ground, sad that he received no water, while the Water Worker laughs at his misery.
When Spyro first met the Seahorses, it turned out that the Water Workers have drained all the water, leaving the Seahorses dehydrated and stuck on dry land. They also had a ruler, King Flippy, who has six baby seahorses. Spyro was able to fill the realm with water again, and the seahorses gave him their Talisman as a token of their gratitude.
In the second cutscene, a seahorse was looking happy, now that Spyro has got back their water. All of a sudden, some shark teeth belong to a Robotic Shark appeared before him. Fearing for his life, the seahorse swam away. Then the camera backed away to reveal that another seahorse was playng a trick on him, using a set of fake robot shark teeth to scare the other seahorse. Unfortunately for him, a real Robotic Shark appeared behind him. The seahorse, believing that it was another seahorse playing a trick on him, laughed at it. The shark then chomped its teeth, showing it was real, then chased the seahorse offscreen.
